CV Records offers licensing opportunities for select original music by Solèy and spoken-word recordings by Queen Black Magik.

If you are interested in using one of our recordings in a film, television production, documentary, commercial, advertisement, podcast, digital production, promotional campaign, social media project, live production, or other approved project, you may submit a licensing request for consideration.

Licensing Approval

Submitting a licensing request does not grant permission to use a recording.

All requests are subject to review and approval. If your request is approved, CV Records will provide information regarding applicable permissions, licensing terms, fees, usage restrictions, credit requirements, and next steps.

No music or spoken-word recording may be used under a CV Records license until the required authorization has been completed.

Ownership

Licensing a recording does not transfer ownership of the music, spoken-word recording, master recording, composition, copyright, or other intellectual property.

An approved license provides permission for a specific use according to the terms of the applicable licensing agreement. All rights not expressly granted remain with their respective rights holders.
